Kuttiammu Sahib (Engineer TP Kuttiammu) straddled civilisational and cultural aspirations of the Kerala society. I found him committed to the cause of people. His integrity was unimpeachable. He loved people, served them and derived satisfaction from their welfare. I found him cheerful of spirit and serious-minded, capable of managing his subordinates and satisfying the agricultural community by merging with them.

A Living memorial for Kuttiammu Sahib is situated in the capital city of Kerala, Trivandrum. That is Palayam Juma Masjid. I have witnessed from very close the trials and tribulations Kuttiammu Sahib has gone through to make it real. He was even implicated in a case for that. And many such memorials stand poignantly in memory of Kuttiammu Sahib-in the Indo-Saracenic value of art, for which he drew the plan.
